Whitney Houston is following a new rehab treatment

Media reports say Whitney Houston is fighting old demons again. The singer was back on track but unfortunately it didn’t last long.

After rehab in 2004 and 2005, the singer has decided to turn to treatment again as revealed by TMZ. At 47, she started a new therapy that allows her to follow a out-patient treatment program and leave the center.

Her rep told People, “Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”

Whitney voluntarily enrolled in the program around 10 days ago.

According to a source cited by TMZ, the singer is “cleansing herself” before embarking on a new movie, while another adds, “She was plastered and she was a mess.”
