Will.i.am against Michael Jackson album release
The Black Eyed Peas singer, Will.i.am, has certainly got a point.

Due to fact that he worked in the past with Michael Jackson and knows how perfectionist he was, Will.i.am doesn’t agree with Sony Music decision to release a new Michael Jackson album which has no final touches from the king of pop.
Will.i.am, said in an statement: “Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are, to say that what [Michael] contributed during his life wasn’t enough. He just wasn’t any ordinary artist. He was a hands-on person.
To me it’s disrespectful. There’s no honoring. Michael Jackson songs are finished when Michael says they’re finished. Maybe if I never worked with him I wouldn’t have this perspective. He was very particular about how he wanted his vocals, the reverb he used…he was that hands-on.”
Therefore, it’s disrespectful to release an album when its author is not among us to give his approval.

Wil.I.Am I concur. You put it better than I ever could have. This is an homage with unreleased MJ songs, it’s a money grab.
