National Enquirer claims Steve Jobs has “six weeks to live”

According to photos published by the tabloid “National Enquirer,” Steve Jobs has “six weeks to live.”

The pictures, taken on February 8 at the exit of a clinic, may suggest that the health of Apple’s founder is very precarious.

Steve Jobs was diagnosed with a rare form of pancreatic cancer, an islet cell neuroendocrine tumor, in 2004, and he had to leave his company earlier this year for the third time in seven years to undergo treatment.

The tabloid provides information taken from two physicians, Dr. Gabe Mirkin and Samuel Jacobson, and publishes photos taken before one of Jobs’ appointments in an anti-cancer center.

Radar Online informed that he was being treated at the Stanford Cancer Center in Palo Alto, the same clinic where Patrick Swayze was treated. If it’s really Steve Jobs, who will turn 56 on February 24, in these pictures, then we must say he’s looking very thin.

Meanwhile, Steve Jobs hasn’t said his last word: he is set to attend a meeting with Barack Obama on Thursday evening, with Mark Zuckerberg and Eric Schmidt, Google’s CEO.

However, it’s not the first time the National Enquirer makes such predictions about celebrities suffering from diseases. Actor Michael Douglas was given three months to live by the tabloid, based on paparazzi photos.

Here are the photos published by the National Enquirer:

Is it Steve Jobs in the photos?
