The First Lady admits to being a fan of the singer, especially in the gym.

As part of her “Let’s Move” campaign, that aims to encourage people to work out, Michelle Obama has talked about what gets her motivated.

“I always love Beyoncé, so anything fast-paced that she’s doing is a good one for me,” the First Lady said in a video response to questions from the “Let’s Move” online audience.

She added, “But I have very eclectic tastes, so my playlist on my iPod, which I listen to, runs from fast paced to a little more mellow.”

Pragmatically, Michelle says the most important thing is to move.

“Listen to whatever you like and whatever is going to get you motivated, and for me that’s a lot,” she said. “The important thing is that you get up, you try to get that workout in.”
