President Obama to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
Barack Obama is set to join Jay Leno on The Tonight Show next Tuesday.
White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer announced the news on Twitter.
Obama will be touring the West Coast next week in an effort to raise money for his presidential campaign and defend his plan on employment.
This will mark his fourth appearance on the show with host Jay Leno. He made two appearances while he was a presidential candidate and the last time he was featured on the show was March 2009, shortly after taking office.
At the time, NBC said that Obama was the first sitting president ever to appear on show.
