Kris Humphries gets booed at Knicks Game

Kim Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex husband was welcomed with loud boos and jeers from basketball fans at Wednesday night’s exhibition game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

The crowd heckled him each time he touched the ball for the full five minutes his coach had him on the field.

And the public enjoyed taunting him so much that they chanted “We want Humphries! We want Humphries!” while he was on the bench.

Kris recently re-signed with the New Jersey Nets for a one-year, $8 million contract.

After the game Kris told ESPN, “I don’t know…I felt like Rudy out there…I was so focused on the game, I couldn’t hear that.”

“I don’t know. I’m not too focused on it. I’m just here to win games,” he added.

As if this wasn’t enough, Kris was voted the most disliked player in the NBA, in a survey conducted by Nielsen E-Poll Market Research earlier this week.

“He (Humphries) has been on five magazine covers, all in a negative light,” said Nielsen Sports vice-president Stephen Master. “It’s all so recent; he’s gotten all this publicity for something other than basketball talent.”
