The car maker is reportedly working on a model that will be positioned above today’s R8.

Unofficial sources claim that Audi is considering the idea of a future diesel supercar.

The model will be called R10 and it will benefit from the technology used by Audi’s Le Mans-winning R18 e-Tron quattro.

The new car model is also expected to come wih a carbonfibre monocoque and a V8 diesel.
