iOS 6 brings Do Not Disturb function to take care of your sleep

The Do Not Disturb function of the new iOS allows users to completely mute display notifications.

What the feature does is that it hides all notifications, but keeps them in the Notification Center, so important messages won’t be missed.

Users will be able to add a whitelist option of callers whose calls will be displayed regardless of whether the option is active or not. If the same person calls more than once, the restrictions imposed by the function will be dropped.

In addition, the new iOS offers several options for answering a call.

When receiving a call, users can choose to reply to the caller with a message or be notified later about the call.

Users get a number of options to add to a “Can’t talk right now…” message when tapping “Reply With Message” or be notified about the call when leaving a geographic area.
