iPhone 5, iPad mini, iPad 4, iPod nano 7, iPod touch 5 Lightning to Micro USB adapter on sale in the US

Apple released its Lightning to Micro USB in the United States last Friday.

According to MacRumors, iPhone 5, iPad mini and iPad 4 owners will charge their devices with their current cables.

EU’s regulation states that all smartphones sold in the region should be compatible with a micro USB.

According to a post on the company’s online store, “The Lightning to Micro USB Adapter lets you connect an iPhone, iPad or iPod with Lightning connector to micro USB cables and chargers to sync and charge your device.”

The new Lightning to Micro USB comes at a $19 price and is available in Apple’s online store.
