9to5Mac reader Spencer Caldwell has come up with a concept of an iPhone 5 featuring a 4-inch screen.
The handset also displays a vertical growth. Its creator added more pixels vertically, while maintaining the same pixels horizontally, which is similar to the configuration on the iPhone 4S, that is 640-by-1152 pixels.
The length of such a screen would give users access to more apps through one screen, as such a display would support six rows of applications.
In addition, Caldwell has extended the device’s home button, ditching the previous circular form.
Latest reports suggest the iPhone 5 could arrive in June or October. Besides LTE support, nothing is known for certain as far as the device’s specs are concerned.
