A comparison between the two devices has been made by The Verge.

The parallel reveals that the iPod Touch 5G is thinner than the new iPhone.

The iPhone 5 is only 7.6 mm thick, the thickness of the new iPod Touch was reduced from 7.2 mm to only 6.1.

The new iPod touch comes with a 4-inch Retina display, a 5-megapixel camera, iOS 6 and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage.

The Verge writes that the new version of the device is a combination of Apple’s last three phones, with focus on the iPhone 4S’s components.

The display of the iPod Touch is similar to that of the iPhone 5, namely a 4-inch, 1136 x 640 panel.

A dual-core A5 processor, which also powers the iPhone 4S, equips the new Touch.

As for the camera, the site notes that Apple built this device with the aim to replace your point-and-shoot camera.

The 5-megapixel sensor is equal to the iPhone 4 and only bested by 4S and 5.
