iPhone 5 vs. Samsung Galaxy Note 2

The rumors have come and gone but now the highly-anticipated smartphones are launched.

Comparing the screens, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 comes with a 5.5 inch display, Super AMOLED display, capable of a 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, while the iPhone 5 boasts a 4-inch display.

The display, RAM and processors appear to be the major differences between the two devices.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is powered by a quad-core Exymos processor at 1.6 GHz and a 3100 mAh battery.

The device weighs 180 grams and supports Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.

The battery on Apple’s sixth-generation iPhone offers 8 hours of 3G or LTE talk time and its A6 processor is twice as fast as the previous A5.

A major change of the new iPhone is the new dock connector that features an 8-signal design, adaptive interface, improved durability, is reversible and 80% smaller.

Finally it all comes down to tastes.
