Jefferies analyst Peter Misek believes Apple’s next iPhone will come out in June 2013.
The analyst expects the device to come with a new screen and super HD camera, better autonomy and NFC capabilities.
We can also expect an update to the IGZO screen and increased storage capacity.
He also predicted that the smartphone will be available in 6 or 8 colors, like the iPod Touch, which is available in black, gray, pink, yellow, blue and red.
Misek believes that the iPhone 5S will be announced in mid-2013, in the month of June rather than September or October, at a $200-$250 price point.
That would be a significant change in Apple’s release schedule for the iPhone, but the company may want to remain popular on the market as competition grows stronger.
