Apple has started seeding iTunes 11 for internal testing, according to latest reports.

Citing unnamed sources, 9to5Mac writes that version 11 will focus on the integration of iCloud, including the appearance of a settings panel to control iCloud related features, such as iTunes Match, iTunes in the Cloud, or iCloud iOS device backups, while in iTunes.

iTunes 11 is also expected to support the upcoming iOS 6, but until the renewal of the operating system, Apple might release a new 10.x version of iTunes to ready the service for iOS 6.

The App Store and iTunes Store are also in for a major revamp, with new versions of these online shops likely to be launched this summer.

Apple’s recent acquisition of Chomp is believed to back up the improved search for application discovery on iTunes.
