Nokia Windows RT 10-inch tablet release date in February 2013?

The first Nokia Windows RT tablet could be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in late February.

According to industry sources based in Taiwan cited by Digitimes, Nokia is finalizing a 10-inch Windows RT tablet with its suppliers.

The insiders also explain that the manufacturer is working in cooperation with Qualcomm and Compal Electronics to complete the development of the device.

The device could be presented at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in late February 2013.

The report also states that Nokia had planned to develop and launch the tablet in early 2012, but decided to postpone this project after the release of the Microsoft Surface tablet to see how the market would react.
