According to The Korea Times, the next version of the Samsung Galaxy Note could get an extra inch and go from 5.3 to 6.3 inches for the screen.
Samsung has reportedly slowed down the production of its LCD screens to focus on the production of flexible OLEDs.
The Korean manufacturer has invested € 1.7 billion in the production and € 5.9 billion for the total production of the screens in 2013.
