Samsung has unveiled some new features of the Samsung Galaxy S III.

BGR was able to get hold of the technical specifications of one of the most anticipated smartphones at the moment.

The handset is expected to have a 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor, a 2-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 4.8-inch “full HD” 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display, all in Android 4.0.

In addition, the device would offer a ceramic case instead of the previous glossy plastic and the support of 4G LTE.

Previous reports have speculated on the presence of a quad core processor, 2GB of memory, and a 7mm thick frame.

Samsung has set a presentation event for April, with a worldwide release in nearly 50 countries expected in the month of May.
