A test verifying smartphone battery life on web browsing was recently performed.

UK blog Which? has conducted a test on several smartphones to check battery longevity when making calls and browsing the web.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 was revealed as the winner with a full 359 minutes, one minute less than a full 6 hours of web browsing.

The Sony Xperia S came in second place with 276 minutes of web time, followed by the HTC One X that scored 226 minutes of web browsing.

Apple’s iPhone 4S was the fourth on the list, managing a 208 minutes of web time, 8 minutes better than the current iPhone 5.
