One of the most talked-about smartphones is undoubtedly the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Identified both as SHV-E300S and GT-I9500 in the logs, the unknown Samsung devices were running Android 4.2.1 and were equipped with a 1.8GHz quad-core processor.
It should be noted that this chip was unveiled by Samsung at CES 2013 and it integrates 8 cores.
Other rumored specs include a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
In addition, AnandTech reported that a Galaxy brand roadmap presented at CES revealed a 5-inch 440ppi display set to equip a device that may launch in the first quarter of 2013.
A TechCrunch report states that an anonymous Samsung official claims the Galaxy S IV is likely to debut at MWC in February.
