The Korean company has carried out extensive research with regard to its famous Super AMOLED display.

According to DigiTimes, Samsung is preparing to unveil a new technology in its next flagship device.

The highly anticipated smartphone could use hexagonal and diamond-shaped pixel layouts instead of the current side-by-side layout.

Samsung will hold a press conference on March 22 where the handset is expected to be displayed.

Also, a leaked picture of what the Samsung Galaxy S4 could look like apparently remained online on Picasa for almost a month without anyone noticing it.
