A toddler was saved after falling down a 35-ft dry well in Yunnan Province, China.

The two-year old boy in China was playing with his friends outside a small village when he fell down a well.

Firefighters arrived quickly on the spot and first tried to save the baby with the help of a harness. However, it was too dark for them to tie it properly.

Luckily, rescuers had the idea to use an iPhone, using the smartphone’s camera to place the strings properly.

The harness was properly positioned, and the child emerged unharmed from the well.

The child was taken to hospital but sustained no major injuries.
