Earlier this week, 50 Cent tweeted: “Perez Hilton calld me d-bag so I had my homie shoot up a gay wedding. wasnt his but still made me feel better. ”
The tweet was accompanied by a photo of two men in suits running from an angry mob.
The rapper has since deleted the Tweet but it still appears in his Twitpic feed.
Perez Hilton fight back on Twitter “50 Cent joking about violence towards gays is about as expired as the days when he used to be musically relevant!”
Now the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is calling on community members and allies to tweet back at 50 Cent: “RT @glaad: Tell @50cent to let his fans know that anti-gay violence isn’t something to joke about. http://bit.ly/ab6rXV #LGBT #gay Pls RT!”
“Today gay and transgender children are being bullied in schools and many gay and transgender adults are afraid to live openly because of the threat of violence that jokes like this promote. 50 Cent should do the right thing and tell his fans that anti-gay violence is not funny,” GLAAD President Jarrett Barrios told PopEater.
50 Cent made offensive remarks towards Lesbian-Gay-Bisexuals-Transsexuals community before.
In a 2004 interview with Playboy magazine, he said, “I don’t like gay people around me, because I’m not comfortable with what their thoughts are. I’m not prejudiced. I just don’t go with gay people and kick it – we don’t have that much in common. I’d rather hang out with a straight dude. But women who like women, that’s cool.”
In the same interview 50 Cent also revealed his mother had been bisexual:
“It’s OK to write that I’m prejudiced. This is as honest as I could possibly be with you. When people become celebrities they change the way they speak. But my conversation with you is exactly the way I would have a conversation on the street. We refer to gay people as f–ts, as h–os. It could be disrespectful, but that’s the facts.”
Hutton Gibson said to the Liberty News Radio that “Half the Vatican” is gay and Pope Benedict XVI is also gay. We don’t say he’s right but we cannoy say he’s wrong either.
Asked by Radar Online about his claims of the Vatican, and if he confirmes these remarks, he said: “That is correct – I stand by my statements.” “The Vatican is full of all these child molesters, that is all there is to it.”
Hutton Gibson shocked the listeners of Political Cesspool Radio Program with his statements about the Catholic Church which has failed to tackle homosexuality. He said about Pope Benedict was “a homosexual” and “a slippery character” involved in a Masonic conspiracy out to destroy the Catholic Church from within.
Mel Gibson’s father attends his alternative Catholic Church in Malibu and he didn’t talked about his son’s alleged abuses against Oksana Grigorieva. The outspoken critic of the Catholic Church questioned in a 2003 interview how Nazis had disposed of six million bodies during the Holocaust, and claimed that the September 11, 2001, attacks were perpetrated by remote control.
Now, Hutton Gibson claims the Catholic Church isn’t fighting the repeal of Proposition 8 “because half of the people there in the Vatican are queer.”
It seems that hackers broke into his account saying as a joke that he is gay which made the young singer to put his true feeling out.
The hackers wrote: ‘It’s been difficult living a lie for so many years…’
Later, the singer wrote on his official website: ‘I have always been a very honest person and so it is important for me to continue to be honest.
‘It has been the most amazing year so far and I feel so privileged. It’s also been a time of real self realization and I feel as if I have grown up so much in these few months.
‘There has been speculation about my sexuality in the past and I have always been honest at the time I have been asked.
‘Over the past few weeks I have really had time to reflect and to realize who I am. I spoke to my friends and family about this in the last few days and it was important to do the same for you all as you have been so supportive.
‘I have had nothing but support from you and many of you have been very open in saying that you will continue to support me whatever my sexuality. It is important to me to let you know first, so that you know the stories in the papers are true. I made the choice to speak openly about this.’
He added: ‘Everything is going well and I’m really happy to be able to move forward from here.’
Even if Joe was initially angry at the Twitter hackers, he replied: ‘Well, they’re not that far from the truth. I think the Twitter thing was the point when I realized I was gay,’ he told The Sun.
‘I’m feeling good about it, it’s liberating. Now I can just get on with my life,’ he said.
In the past, rumors used to say about her that she was gay, but those rumors didn’t seem to affect her ‘cause she was more concerned on her private life and career. And now, both career and personal life seems to reward her.
On professional plan, things are going never better due to her recent song „Empire State of Mind”, becoming already a hit.
On the other hand, her private life is working excellent. The singer got engaged to her lover, producer Kasseem „Swizz Beatz” Dean.
Alicia was seen wearing a sever karate diamond ring while they were spending their holyday in Hawaii.
It seems that Dean proposed to Alicia one day before her 29-birthday, on 25 January.
The singer’s friends say Alicia is “thrilled” and “she feels blessed”.
For Dean, this would be his second marriage. He was married to singer Mashonda, from which he divorced in April 2009.
