Angelina Jolie returned to Haiti, as a goodwill ambassador for the High Commissioner for Refugees of the UN, where she will attend a series of meetings with UN officials and representatives of the Haitian government.
UN officials have confirmed, however, this visit to the press, provided that their names shall not be disclosed because they were asked not to furnish details to press about Angelina Jolie’s visit in Haiti.
Angelina Jolie visited Haiti several times. In February, she met many orphans and victims of the earthquake that devastated the island earlier, this year.
Before her visit in Haiti, Angelina visited the Colombians refugee camps in Ecuador.
