Gwyneth Paltrow will sing in season two of “Glee”

It seems that Murphy wrote a part specifically for her: “Gwyneth is a great singer. She’s done it a little bit but I really want to show it off and show everyone how great she is”.

The Oscar winning actress is set to appear in season two of the show for two episodes. Moreover, actor Javier Bardem is set to appear in Glee due to his admiration for the show.

“Let me set the record straight – I didn’t have to convince him, he begged!” “He loves the show and wants to play a crazy Spanish rock and roll singer so I’m going to do that”, also revealed Murphy.

Gwyneth’s passion for music were revealed in her previous films such as Duets, Infamous, in her performance on stage next to Jay-Z in 2006.

Will Smith’s daughter, Willow signed record deal with Jay-Z

Therefore, she signed record deal with Jay-Z and her first single already makes waves on Internet.

According to Ryan Seacrest, Willow has a big career in front due to single “Whip My Hair.”

“I believe in superstars. I believe on big records on superstars and I think she has both.”

“She has a child’s innocence but she has a clear vision of who she is and who she wants to be,” Jay-Z said.

Roc Nation said she “has an energy and enthusiasm about her music that is truly infectious…Willow is about to embark on an incredible journey and we look forward to joining her as she grows in all aspects of her career.”

Beyonce received a private island from Jay-Z

The happy owner of a tropical paradise in the Florida Keys is the singer Beyoncé, who received the island as a gift from her husband Jay-Z. The gift was made for the 29th birthday of the star.

According to reports, Jay-Z prepared the surprise long before and he was up to date with all the details of the transaction before he buys the little paradise for his wife.

The island is 12.5 acres and about 2.5 miles offshore and it can be accessed only by helicopter or by yacht.

Lady Gaga had an eccentric whip with diamonds present for Beyonce’s birthday

Gaga has spent several thousand of euros on Beyonce gift who had just turned 29 years old, while she sang “Happy Birthday.”

“Gaga wanted to give her something special. The whip was made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather,” the source told the Sun. “When Beyoncé received it she squealed with excitement. The dressing room was decorated with balloons and banners.”

Beyonce got her gift while she was backstage during a concert of her husband, rapper Jay-Z, in Detroit.

The rapper also made an effort to surprise Beyonce behind the scenes decorating the cabin with balloons and ordering champagne.

Moreover, the top ten of Vanity Fair is dominated by people from the new generation of Internet.

In third place were Google founders, Sergey Brin, Larry Page and Eric Schmidt, in fifth place – Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and the ninth – the founders of Twitter, Evan Williams and Biz Stone.

Jay-Z is the richest hip hop artist in the world

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, earned $63 million between June 2009 and June 2010, according to Forbes.com.

“Jay-Z is in a league of his own right now,” says Ryan Schinman, chief of Platinum Rye, the country’s largest buyer of music and talent for corporations. “There are very few artists of any genre, not just hip-hop, who’ve created such brands for themselves.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs ranked second with revenues of 30 million dollars, and Senegalese-born rapper Aliuane “Akon” Thiam took third place with revenues of $21 million.

“There aren’t many artists selling 250,000 albums in the opening week, and that used to happen all the time,” says entertainment attorney Donald David. “The rise of iTunes means people don’t have to buy whole album … and that has changed the business dramatically.”

Although he is in prison since March, convicted of illegal possession of firearms, American rapper Dwayne “Lil Wayne” Carter ranked fourth in Forbes, with revenues of 20 million dollars, followed, in fifth position, by the Californian rapper Andre “Dr. Dre” Young, with revenues of $17 million.

The richest rap/hip-hop artists in the world have received considerable amounts of sponsorship offered by various alcohol manufacturers, from launching their clothing lines, have earned revenues from nightclubs they hold, from their appearances in various film projects, in addition to revenues generated by record sales and touring earnings.

Jay-Z owns 40% from a network of nightclubs in the U.S. Sean Diddy Combs promote Ciroc vodka and starred in “Get Him To The Greek.” Dr. Dre and Lil Wayne have labels and Akon appeared in advertising campaigns for Pepsi at the World Cup in South Africa.

Beyonce wants a baby but she’s not ready yet

“My ambition is to continue to learn about the world and to eventually have a family,” the singer-actress, tells You magazine, published by Britain’s Mail on Sunday.

There were rumors that she might be pregnant but the singer denied them and added: there are “no dates, no times – it will happen when I am ready.”

The singer also revealed that it is very hard for her to focus on one thing at a time.

“I love so many different things, and to have the discipline to turn certain things away and focus on one thing at a time so that I can give it 100 percent is really hard,” she says.

“Probably the biggest challenge in my life is time – making sure I have time to be a wife, to be a singer, to be a songwriter, to be an actor and still have time for my clothing line and now for my perfume [Heat].”

Lady Gaga received 13 nominations at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards

The second place in the top nominations of 2010 MTV Video Music Awards goes to Eminem, with eight nominations at eight different categories, thanks to the success enjoyed by his latest album, “Recovery.”

However, Canadian teen Justin Bieber, 16 years old, received his first VMA Award nomination for the video “Baby.”

Newcomer Ke$ha joined the veterans Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Katy Perry, Usher and indie band Florence and the Machine, among the nominees.

Lady Gaga was twice nominated in the category “video of the year” – for “Bad Romance” and “Telephone”, which plays alongside Beyonce – competing with Eminem (“Not Afraid”), Florence and the Machine (“Dog Days Are Over “), 30 Seconds to Mars (” Kings and Queens “) and rapper BoB (“Airplanes”).

After finding out that she has 13 nominations, Lady Gaga tweeted: “13 VMA noms lilmonsters. Breakin records+breakin rüles. I love you, you Bad Kids are a part of me. PAWS UP! #VideoMonsterAwards.”

“I’m so honored for all the little monsters and self-professed freaks of the universe, to have more VMA nominations in a single year than any artist in MTV history. Ironically, I’m even more proud it’s an unlucky number: 13,” Lady Gaga said in a statement about her record-breaking year.

“A long time ago, the world told me and my little monsters we would never be heard. Together we changed the rules. God put me on Earth for three reasons: to make loud music, gay videos and cause a damn ruckus. Thank you, MTV!”
