Michael Jackson’s new album with ten songs unknown to the public, will be released in November

The man in charge with preparing the new album is Rodney Jerkins, the producer of the album “Invincible” in 2001, Michael Jackson’s last studio album, before his death in June last year.

The album will be released by Sony Music in November after completion a business-record by the production house, which has paid in March, 250 million dollars to Michael Jackson’s heirs to edit ten albums of his music and launch artist name associated derivatives in the next seven years.

Besides these ten songs to be released on the new album, “The King of Pop” left behind about 100 other songs that have not been released yet, many of them dating from his heyday, in the 80s. Artist manager, Frank DiLeo, confirmed that some songs were recorded by Michael Jackson with Akon and will.i.am, in the ’90s.

Michael Jackson is not the first artist whose career continues long after his death. Seven original albums under Tupac Shakur’s signature was released after the rapper was killed in 1996. Also, Johnny Cash’s first album, came in first place, was launched in 2006, three years after the death of the famous country singer.
